If it seems like a simple formula, that’s because it is, and it’s how we’ve been able to achieve (and continue to achieve) our goal of working to help a very specific group of people.
We’ve always worked best with positive, open-minded people who want more from life and willing to work with someone to help make it happen. Those who seek to remove undue stress from the process of making financial decisions, so they can act with great confidence and know with certainty that what they are doing today will achieve the right outcomes tomorrow.
We do this by building a relationship based on open communication and exploring all that has or hasn’t been done, in order to identify what could and can be done. In essence, we show you how to make it happen in a way that is congruent with who you are and the way you want life to be.
The outcome at the end is positive optimistic people living lives where they live the difference through daily decisions and actions that make life more than ordinary.
The bigger picture? We do this because although money isn’t the only thing that can trap people in life, removing it as a barrier can sometimes be the first step to unlocking the door to a bigger, brighter future.
our journey
Allegra was founded by Elisa Elkins in 2016, with the realistion that advice should be based on a relationship between those who have ambitions to achieve more in life and those with the ability to help make it happen.
The realisation that the only way to understand how to create that is to start by understanding deeply the concerns, fears, aspirations and wants of your clients.
You might call it our Jerry Maguire moment (without the goldfish).
The goal from the start was to provide advice that wasn’t just about moving or maximising someone’s super, protecting what matters most with insurance, or any of the key elements of great advice in isolation.
Instead, we wanted to be able to look at someone’s financial situation as the sum total of every element, working together as an interconnected need, and to put together the puzzle so it worked in tandem.
We knew that the platform for making this happen lay in understanding our clients from a financial angle better than anyone, exploring more deeply to find all the pieces of the puzzle and all the potential opportunities, then put it all together in a way that achieves the very best lifestyle outcomes.
Behind this lie some key principles, beliefs if you will, that drive great advice.
We invest more time than anyone else until we understand our clients situation better than they do.
We look beyond what we know to find solutions that others may have never thought to find.
We work differently with our clients so we become more than just an adviser and more like a mentor.
Today, Allegra is a fast growing business that attracts open-minded, positive people who want to work with us in order to get the job done together.
We specialise in working with clients who are at a more progressed stage of their financial life, have built up good income or existing financial strength, and are looking to get things done better and not do it all by themselves (any more).
In a way, the clue’s in the name. Allegra means joyful, lively & happy, and that defines how we want the experiences of working with us to feel and how we want you to feel about your money.
